Your happiness means the world to us! Every felted portrait, pet sculpture, or hand-painted artwork is lovingly handcrafted to capture your pet’s unique spirit. Because of the highly personalized nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been completed and delivered.

You may return your item to us at your own expense, and our artists will gladly make reasonable modifications to ensure it reflects your vision.

Order Cancellation Policy
To secure your place in our production schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to reserve time, allocate materials, and begin preparation for your one-of-a-kind artwork.

If you cancel before we begin production, we will refund any payments made beyond the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Once we have started creating your custom portrait or sculpture, cancellations are no longer possible, as significant time, skill, and resources have already been invested.
