Orders & Customization

Each Curepaw creation is personalized. We provide a photo guide to help you submit clear reference images of your pet. Throughout the production process, we may send progress photos for approval. Adjustments can be made early in the process to ensure accuracy, though final results may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the work.
For orders requiring prepayment, a 50% deposit is necessary to reserve your order. Cancellations after production starts are not possible due to time and material investment.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Expedited options are available for an additional fee. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility for international orders.
Lost or delayed shipments are reviewed case-by-case, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Care & Maintenance

Our felted and hand-painted works are for display only. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Gently dust with a soft brush or cloth. Wash hands before handling to prevent oils transferring onto the piece. For wool sculptures, use a large needle for minor grooming and avoid damp cloths or tape.

Extended Warranty & Support

Curepaw offers an extended warranty for customers who share their pet portrait or sculpture on social media with the hashtag #CurepawArt within two months of delivery. Valid for 5 years, the warranty covers any issues with your piece. Shipping fees may apply for certain services. Verification is done via public social media posts.
